Miami History Workshop - camp for adults

This workshop is for adult members of the Miami Nation of Indiana who want to learn more about the history of the Miami Nation and get involved in our history preservation programs.  You will learn about Miami history, the current work of the Miami Nation Archive, visit local historical collections in the area, go on a tour of Miami cemeteries, and have plenty of time to ask questions.  Most importantly, you will leave knowing how you can get more involved and help with our on-going to efforts for Miami sovereignty.

The workshop will run roughly 9am-5pm each day.  The cost of the workshop is $40 and includes daily lunch and a closing community dinner on Wednesday.  There will be optional group dinners, side trips, and cultural events in the evenings.  You will need to arrange your own lodging nearby, but there will be an option for people to share an Airbnb who are interested. Fill out this online form to register for the History Workshop, you will then be sent information about how to submit payment and further information about the schedule.
